The body consist of millions and millions of cells. Every little cell works as a little power plant, and together they fill us with energy and keep us alive.

Water - Essential for all life
Water - Essential for all life

To get a healthy body that functions optimally, we have to start all the way down to the cellular level and give our 'power plants' the best conditions. In other words, the machine is no better than the fuel we keep feeding it.

How do you prepare to run a Ultra-Trail run in the Highland in Malaysia, when you live in a country as flat as Denmark?

In Denmark, the highest point is a hill called Møllehøj, which are 170,86 meters over sea-level, and are together with Ejer Bavnehøj and Yding Skovhøj part of a ridge called Ejer Bjerge. (Ejer Mountains)

And I’m not even close to those “mountains”, - from my balcony I can see a hill, or should I just call it a burp, I’m not sure… but that are the highest point around where I live, and how am I supposed to make hill training on that one?

The death of those whales are the ultimate symbol of humanity's disregard for the planet that we are living on, and for the creatures we share our world with.

Fishing gear and car parts are just part of the content found inside the stomach of Sperm Whales that beached themselves on Germany's North Sea coast.

Matcha Green Tea Frappé with Coconut Whip

The first time i did try Matcha Green Tea was during a trip to Kuala Lumpur, I was going to have a Café Latte but ended up with a very nice Matcha, recommended by the shop owner. That was the very beginning of my Matcha adventure, and the following days i was drinking Matcha in stead of coffee, and I enjoyed every sip of it.

After returning to Denmark, I was searching for places to get the Matcha powder, and at that time it was not very easy to find, so i ended up ordering some from a tea shop in Singapore, later i have found some places to get the powder around here, but it is very expensive compared to the one i use to order abroad, or take with me home when i am out there.

During my search i also came across a lot of websites, telling about the benefits about consuming this green superfood. What i found out are that Matcha Tea is an easy and simple way to add powerful health benefits to your everyday diet.

When less is more

”Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.”

- Confucious

I have often heard the sentence that Less is More, and that is a sentence that i have been thinking a lot about, and my conclusion are that in many instances, this is true.

I used to have a lot of different stuff in my life, any kind of stuff, i have been collecting a lot of stuff during the years, and never really been able to throw anything away, because i was thinking that this might come handy one day. Most of the stuff have been stored away, because i wasn't using it, and it took a lot of space to save those things.
